Sensitization and Measures Against COVID-19

The Director of Kwathu Ministries, Agrippa Phiri, took time to explain the issue relating to COVID-19 to all members of staff and the measures that should be taken to prevent its spread during this critical time. He emphasized on the issue of hygiene, constant washing of hands with alcoholic sanitizers, avoid shaking of hands instead implore other ways as opposed to hand shakes, and social distancing as another measure. He has also strictly put measures, especially for outsiders, who visit the office especially the home part.

Personality Identification Session

Mr. Agrippa Phiri is one man full of selflessness, service and passion and makes sure his team is impacted with the knowledge they need. At Kwathu Ministries, Mr. Agrippa brings out a very sensitive and perhaps the most ignored matter in the society, the issue of identifying personality. He first distributes questionnaires or surveys to each staff in which they are asked to mark which one they felt most appropriate to them. He later organizes a meeting for all staff and passionately teaches with undeniable wisdom and insight with regard to personality and identity. At the end of the session, everyone was able to identify their specific personality type. This has really helped us as a team to know why another person acts in a certain way, and will greatly benefit conflict resolution, tolerance levels, understanding each other and harmonize issues amicably. What a moment it was!!!
