Social Activities
Birthdays:
11th October:
Lackson celebrated their first birthday with the Kwathu family on the 11th of October. It was so amazing and fun filled as we saw Lackson enjoy every bit of the event.
Lackson had been waiting long for this day, he persistently asked when his birthday was. He loved the presents he was given.
Rodia was more reserved but you could tell that she was so excited about the whole celebration too.
Education:
We continue remembering our children in prayer as they are sitting for their Exams.
Gertrude: is sitting for her Ninth (9) Grade Exams
Francis: is sitting for his Ninth (9) Grade Exams
Eustis: is sitting for his Ninth (9) Grade Exams
Willard: is sitting for his Seventh (7) Grade Exams
Our prayer is that God grants them the calmness as they sit for their exams and also that He helps them remember everything they learned and studied. We wish them all the best.
Kwathu Home:
We are sad to mention that Mama Sharon our house mother is unwell and is currently off work until she is much better. Please keep her in your prayers. Her absence has made us short of man power and everyone has been assigned to help out with the home care. We wish her a quick recovery.
Support:
Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Kwathu Ministry through different means. Your support has not gone unnoticed and we pray that the almighty God repays your kindness with His everlasting Grace and Favour upon your lives.
A big thank you to Elin Petersson and her friends who made a donation to Kwathu Home. Among the things they brought were clothes, books,toilet paper etc. They spent a little time to know more about Kwathu and also spent some time with the children. May God continue shining his glory in you.

Community Development:
FEEDING PROGRAM:
Thank God for the continued provision of meals for the feeding program. Thank you everyone for your support.
Projects:
We are set to put up the concrete slab for the construction of the feeding shelter. We are anxious to have it completed so that the children can have their meals in a shed and more conducive environment. This shelter will mainly be used as a dinning hall for the feeding program.
Appreciation:
